At Eiios Son, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing premium-quality skincare and cosmetic products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return or refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards or promotional items.

Opened or used products.

Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.

Return Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

1.Contact Us:
Email our customer service team at  Info@eiiosson.com  with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

2.Approval & Instructions:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

3.Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4.Inspection & Refund:
After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact Info@eiiosson.com.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card again.
  • Contact your payment provider — sometimes processing takes time.
